The island of Taveuni is located in the northern section of Fiji and is Fiji's 3rd largest island. It is known as the Garden Island of Fiji with it's lush tropical rainforests and many pristine waterfalls. Taveuni has a number of resorts and accommodation options, most are located in the Matei region near the Matei Airport. Taveuni is also a popular destination for travelers especially scuba diving enthusiast, with easy access to many of Fiji's top dive sites such as the world famous 'RainBow Reef' and 'Great White Wall'.
